A structured and tactical plan of action to bring both new business in and to urgently increase revenue streams and profits were developed with the client, including recommendations on enhancing client contact and marketing techniques whilst simultaneously reconstituting and revising the current internal debt-chasing processes and procedures to urgently improve both cash collection and cash-flow.
