Governance Arrangements and the Appointment of Chairman and Chief Executive

NSM has been advising the Equity Partnership of a leading Professional Practice on its Governance arrangements and the Strategic direction of the organisation in the future through a long-term client relationship.

The Equity Partnership wanted to refocus the organisation to the challenges it faced through the unprecedented economic and social changes in the UK and world-wide economies.

NSM were asked to review the Partnership and Governance structures and recommended that the existing roles be replaced by new and focused roles of Chief Executive and Chairman for the organisation.

NSM developed role and job specifications for the new CEO and Chair posts, whilst creating operating environments and protocols for the new Partnership operating structures.

NSM then led the successful election process for the CEO and Chair roles, and is continuing to offer on-going professional advice and support to the new Chairman and Equity Partnership.
