Management Buyout
Our client had undertaken a management buy-out of their family owned and long established manufacturing business and had received professional commercial finance and legal advice to purchase the business from an NSM partner organisation.
At this post purchase agreement stage, NSM were asked to meet with the new Directors to advise on how the company should be moved forward to maximise business performance.
NSM worked with the Directors to identify the short, medium and longer-term strategy opportunities for the business, including a potential Joint Venture Agreement in the South-Eastern Asian peninsula.
Strategy sessions and hands on support was provided to the Directors and Senior Management Team to provide focus to the business objectives with specific accountability, timelines and objectives agreed with the Directors.
Our long term relationship continues with the CEO and Directors into the future.
