NSM were contacted by the new and dynamic Chief Executive of a multi-million pound major public / private partnership in the Eastern region after a recommendation from one of our established existing clients.

The CEO had inherited a highly competent Senior Team, who were facing new and unforeseen challenges due to the ever-increasing statutory requirements and regulations, complicated by the unique changing economic climate and the challenges this presented to the organisation.

NSM worked directly with the Managing Director of the largest business unit within the organisation offering mentoring and leadership support to enhance the personal effectiveness and confidence of the MD, whilst focusing on the organisation and team performance to deliver business critical Key Performance deliverables.
